Originally created for the touring exhibition 'Silent Movements Intercity' in public spaces around The Netherlands, Nowhere Really is a short film that takes place entirely within the confines of a 1970's DAF saloon car. Featuring Trevor Stuart and MyAnna Buring, the film was shot from three sides and subsequently back-projected onto the three front windows of the same car.
For the exhibition Amicale, a scale model of the car was created to house the projections.
The film itself has since been adapted as a single-screen version, using the front windscreen view, which has been shown in various exhibitions internationally.
